Job Summary

We are looking for dedicated and result-oriented Telecallers to promote our government-approved safety training programs. The selected candidates will contact safety professionals and prospective participants from the company database, explain suitable courses, generate enquiries and follow up until registration and payment confirmation.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective participants from the company database.
- Brief candidates about available safety training courses, eligibility, duration, fees and upcoming batches.
- Understand each candidates profile and recommend suitable courses.
- Generate qualified enquiries and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate the complete registration process, including application forms and required documents.
- Follow up for fee payment and ensure registration confirmation.
- Maintain accurate daily call, enquiry, follow-up, registration and payment records.
- Update lead status in the CRM, Excel sheet or designated tracking system.
- Share daily and weekly performance reports with management.
- Achieve assigned calling, enquiry, registration and revenue targets.
- Reconnect with old enquiries and inactive database contacts.
- Coordinate with trainers, the admissions team and management for course-related information.
- Communicate professionally and avoid making unauthorised commitments regarding certification, placement, discounts or course approval.

Required Candidate Profile

- Graduate or undergraduate with relevant telecalling experience.




- 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, admissions counseling, training sales, education sales, or customer follow-up.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and basic working knowledge of English.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and target-based work.
- Good follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM systems.
- Ability to understand technical or safety-training programs.
- Candidates with experience interacting with safety professionals, engineers, supervisors, technicians, or industrial workers will be preferred.

Preferred Background Candidates from education, training institutes, skill-development centres, recruitment consultancies, industrial services, occupational safety, fire safety or technical-course admissions will be preferred.
