Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller (Real Estate) role based in North Delhi. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introduce company projects, explain property features, and respond to queries.

Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, maintaining call logs and client records, scheduling site visits for the sales team, and following up with clients to support conversions.



The role also involves coordinating with sales and marketing teams, sharing client feedback, and adhering to call scripts and communication guidelines. Telecallers are expected to meet call targets and contribute to overall sales and customer satisfaction objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with clear and confident telephone etiquette.
- Ability to handle high call volumes, manage time effectively, and follow structured scripts when required.
- Basic knowledge of real estate concepts and local property markets, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in maintaining records, using CRM or call management tools, and handling basic computer applications.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Customer-focused mindset with persuasive skills and a professional, courteous approach.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is an added benefit.
