We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to represent Royal Enfield. The role involves contacting customers over the phone to provide information about Royal Enfield motorcycles, service bookings, offers, and customer follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Inform customers about Royal Enfield bikes, test rides, service reminders, and offers
- Follow up with leads generated from walk-ins, website inquiries, and campaigns
- Schedule test rides and service appointments
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Update customer details and call records accurately in the system
- Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets





Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate
- Valuable communication skills in [local language] and English/Hindi
- Basic knowledge of motorcycles preferred (Royal Enfield knowledge is a plus)
- Ability to handle customers politely and confidently
- Basic computer knowledge
