Job Title: Telecaller (Female Candidate) - Pharma Industry
About the Role:
The Telecaller is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote products or services, answer queries, and generate leads or sales. The role involves maintaining customer data, handling calls professionally, and supporting the sales team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using scripts
- Answer customer questions regarding products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when required
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders accurately
- Handle customer grievances to maintain the companys reputation
- Keep records of calls, sales, and other practical information
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate (preferably from science, pharma, or related background).
- Experience: 1-3 years of telecalling or telesales experience (preferably in pharma or healthcare industry).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Punjabi preferred).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
