Job Summary: Looking for energetic and result-oriented Tele callers to generate leads, follow up with customers, schedule site visits, and support the sales team for residential and commercial solar projects.Key Responsibilities:-

- Make outbound calls to generated and assigned leads.

- Explain rooftop solar solutions, subsidies, and company offerings.

- Qualify customer requirements and update the CRM.

- Schedule appointments/site visits for Sales Executives.

- Follow up with interested customers until closure.

- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover.

- Achieve daily call, follow-up, and appointment targets.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Eligibility :-

- Graduate or Plus Two (Graduation preferred).

- 1–2 years of tele calling, customer service, or sales experience.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also consider.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets/CRM).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
