Salary: ₹ 15,000-40,000 per month

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Gujarati Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone, explaining products/services, answering queries, and generating leads or sales.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Communicate with customers in Gujarati and Hindi/English as required.
- Explain products, services, offers, and company information clearly.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and performance targets.




- Coordinate with the sales team when required.

Requirements
- Gujarati speaking is mandatory.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi/English is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous telecalling/customer service experience will be an added advantage.
