Job Summary:
We are looking for polite, confident, and patient-focused Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist patients with inquiries, and support appointment scheduling. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments
- Provide information about hospital services, doctors, and timings
- Address patient queries and complaints courteously
- Maintain accurate call records and patient details
- Coordinate with front desk and departments when required
- Follow hospital communication protocols and confidentiality guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Prior experience as Telecaller or Customer Support (hospital experience preferred)
- Valuable verbal communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Hospital Software)
- Pleasant personality and patient-friendly approach
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of medical terms and hospital workflows.
- Experience with OPD/IPD registration and TPA formalities.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in high-pressure situations.
