Experience: Fresher / Experienced (Both can apply)
- Make outbound calls to prospective leads/customers.
- Explain product / project details clearly and confidently.
- Maintain customer database and follow up regularly.
- Schedule meetings / site visits / appointments for the sales team.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Positive attitude and convincing ability.
- Ability to handle customer objections politely.
- Minimum qualification: 12th / Degree (any stream).
- Experience in telecalling / customer support / sales is an added advantage.
- Female candidates preferred (if applicable).
