Your responsibilities
- Make shipping/delivery calls to customers • Answer customer queries and provide updates • Handle customer conversations on chat • Resolve basic customer concerns and coordinate with the concerned team • Maintain polite and professional communication ? NO SALES TARGET. This is purely a customer service & support role .
