About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and people-oriented Telecalling & Business Development Intern to join our team. You will be responsible for speaking with prospective and existing patients, following up with leads, scheduling appointments, supporting patient conversions, and developing local referral partnerships. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to build practical experience in telecalling, sales, customer engagement, business development, marketing, and healthcare operations.

High-performing candidates may be considered for a full-time role at Idha Clinic after the internship. Key Responsibilities

Telecalling & Patient Engagement

Call current and existing leads and respond to enquiries.

Follow up with interested patients and encourage consultation bookings.

Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.

Follow up with patients after consultations and treatments.

Communicate information about relevant treatments, packages, offers, and appointments.

Reconnect with existing and past patients for relevant services.

Handle patient queries through calls and WhatsApp/messages.

Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.

Business Development

Identify potential referral partners such as salons, gyms, fitness studios, makeup artists, wellness centres, and other relevant local businesses.





Reach out to potential partners and introduce collaboration opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with referral partners.

Track partnerships, referrals, leads, and follow-ups.

Occasionally visit local businesses when required for business development activities.

Field Marketing & Campaign Support

Support local marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Assist with consultation camps, events, stalls, and local activations.

Engage with potential customers and generate consultation bookings.

Participate in marketing activities around Jayanagar and nearby areas when required.

Who We're Looking For

Fresh graduates interested in sales, telecalling, marketing, customer relations, or business development.

Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with follow-ups and working towards appointment/conversion targets.

Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.

Comfortable interacting with local businesses and potential referral partners.

Professional and courteous when communicating with patients.

Prior work experience is not mandatory. Training and guidance will be provided.

Language Requirements

Required: Kannada and English

Hindi: Required

Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage. More that this is a full time opportunity
