Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, prospects, artists, creators, and business partners.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer/client inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about Star Media Networks services.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into successful business opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, production, PR, casting,



and operations teams to fulfil client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Schedule meetings, calls, auditions, consultations, and client discussions whenever required.
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate internally for timely resolution.
- Follow up on pending payments, documents, approvals, and service requirements where applicable.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant company services.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and customer feedback.
- Maintain professional communication and represent the Star Media Network brand positively.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management abilities.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.




- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in customer relationship management, telecalling, sales, business development, media, entertainment, or service-based industries will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.
