Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and maintain a high call volume to meet and exceed sales targets.




- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Identify customer needs and provide product or service information to generate interest and close sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies for success.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
