Role Description This is a full-time, in office Tele Calling role based in Bhubaneswar.

The Tele

Caller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to inform potential and existing customers about company services, answer queries, and provide clear information. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating customer records, and following up on leads to support sales or service delivery. The role involves handling customer concerns, adhering to call scripts and quality guidelines, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service.

The Tele

Caller is expected to meet call targets, maintain a professional tone,



and support overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear and polite telephone etiquette.
- Ability to handle outbound and inbound calls, manage call volume, and follow structured call scripts or guidelines.
- Basic computer literacy, including working with spreadsheets, CRM tools, or call management software.
- Good listening skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused approach to resolving inquiries and concerns.
- Time management skills and the ability to work in a target-driven environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or call center operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in communication, business, or related fields are beneficial.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bhubaneswar and collaborate within a diverse and inclusive team environment.
