Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to prospective and existing international customers through outbound calls.
- Promote the company's products and services effectively.
- Identify customer requirements and generate qualified sales leads.
- Convert prospects into customers while consistently achieving sales targets.
- Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional communication and service.
- Resolve customer queries and handle objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer information and update all interactions in the CRM system.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to maximize conversions and customer retention.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs,



including call volume, lead generation, and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and overall sales performance.

Key Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in International Telesales, International Voice Process, Customer Support, or Sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion,negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated,target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with CRM software will be an added advantage.
