- Contact customers via phone to remind them of pending EMI
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment and resolve payment-related queries.
- Negotiate payment plans and encourage customers to clear outstanding dues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams to update payment status and customer information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during collection calls.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets while maintaining a professional and courteous approach.
- Handle customer objections effectively and provide appropriate resolutions.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
