Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, explaining our services, and generating leads or sales. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company services clearly.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments when required.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic issues.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams when necessary.

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Any Graduate.
- Good communication skills Malayalam, basic English




- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but freshers are welcome to apply.
