Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective customers.

- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.

- Explain project details, offers, pricing, and payment plans to customers.

- Follow up with leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.

- Maintain lead records and update customer information in CRM.

- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups.

Requirements

Real estate experience is mandatory.

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Positive follow-up and customer-handling abilities.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM.

- Target-oriented and enthusiastic approach.
