Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to target US prospects using cold calling, scripts, and internal customer databases.

- Sales & Pitching: Pitch company products or services clearly, understand buyer requirements, overcome objections, and close sales deals.

- Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified consultation meetings, product demonstrations, or follow-up calls for the core US sales team.

- CRM Management: Maintain detailed, accurate logs of all client interactions, feedback, and sales pipelines in a CRM database.

- Inbound Handling: Respond professionally to inbound inquiries regarding company offerings, resolving basic customer complaints or queries.

- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily call volumes, weekly lead quotas, and monthly revenue targets

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
