Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and interview) Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to join our Lucknow team. You will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, providing information about our IT services and training programs, and generating high-quality leads to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential clients to introduce company services, including Website Design, Software Development, and AI/Data Science training.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team by understanding customer needs.
- Customer Support: Handle inbound queries regarding course schedules, certifications, and project timelines professionally.
- Follow-ups:



Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects via calls, WhatsApp, or email to ensure conversion.
- Data Management: Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and call status in the CRM system or Excel sheets.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly targets for outbound calls and lead conversion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduates are preferred.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
- Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English is essential.
- Soft Skills: Solid convincing power, patience, and a professional telephone etiquette.
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and web browsing.
