About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executive to join our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining our IT products/services, and generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Explain the company's IT products/services clearly to potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Schedule product/service demos or meetings for the sales team.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups.





Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the Sakinaka, Mumbai office.
