ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels across eBay and IndiaMART, while supporting in-house sales through direct customer outreach. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with product listing, catalog management, advertising, and marketplace operations, along with robust communication skills to convert leads into sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES eBay Operations

- Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally
- Create and manage product listings
- Develop and maintain product catalogs
- Set up and run advertising campaigns
- Analyse performance reports and monitor listings regularly

IndiaMART Operations

- Respond to customer calls and messages
- Create and manage product listings
- Monitor and track orders through to fulfilment
- Analyse reports and monitor account performance
- Set up and run advertising campaigns
- In-House Sales Contact and follow up with marketing leads
- Engage customers through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls




- Support the sales team in converting leads into confirmed orders
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing eBay and IndiaMART seller accounts Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with catalog creation and online advertising campaigns
- Ability to analyse sales reports and act on insights
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and MS Office / Excel
- Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and target orientation
