We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with students, understanding their preparation requirements, explaining ShikshakGuru’s courses, and converting enquiries into enrollments.
- Explain course features, live classes, study material, test series, fees, and offers.
- Follow up with interested students through calls and WhatsApp.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student responses.
- Follow up regularly with leads until the final decision.
- Build a positive relationship with students and provide a smooth counselling experience.
- Share daily calling and conversion reports with the reporting manager.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
