Telecaller Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.

- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

- Follow up regularly with leads and interested customers.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.

- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and further conversions.

- Update CRM/lead management systems on a timely basis.

- Ensure proper follow-up on pending enquiries and callbacks.

- Maintain qualified communication and customer relationships.

- Prepare daily calling and performance reports.

- Adhere to company policies, calling scripts, and reporting procedures.

- Meet attendance, punctuality, productivity, and performance expectations.

- Escalate customer complaints or important issues to the concerned senior/team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
