We’re looking for an energetic and communication-focused professional to join our team as a telecaller cum student support & sales executive. This is a full-time, office-based role with excellent opportunities to learn, grow, and earn incentives.
Role Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through outbound calls
- Provide clear and accurate information about courses and programs
- Respond to inquiries, conduct follow-ups, and address concerns professionally
- Guide leads through the admission process and support conversions
- Assist with front-desk and receptionist-related tasks whenever needed
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or student coordination
- Good communication skills in both English and Malayalam
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment
- Confident, proactive, and organized personality
- Basic computer handling skills
Important
- This is a strictly on-site / work-from-office position
- Remote or hybrid work options are not available
Salary & Perks
- Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month
