Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic Tele caller based in Bhopal to support our Business Development team. The role involves cold calling, lead generation, and email follow-ups to generate business.

Key Responsibilities

· Outbound Calling Call feed mills, poultry farms, FPOs, hotels, mandis, and agri dealers across MP

· Explain Jital’s products and services over phone

· Fix meetings for BDM / Field Sales team

· Email Monitoring & Follow-up

· Send product brochures, proposals, and follow-up emails to leads

· Maintain email tracker and CRM updates

· Lead Generation & Database Management

· Build and update lead database in Excel/CRM





· Qualify leads and hand over hot leads to BDM

· Take inbound queries and coordinate with field team

Reporting

· Daily call report, email report, and lead status update

· Coordinate with BDM and Marketing team

Must-Have Requirements

Experience: 1-2 years as Telecaller / Inside Sales / Customer Support

Communication: Excellent English+ Hindi speaking skills. Clear phone voice

Email Skills: Must know how to write qualified emails and do email monitoring

Computer Skills: MS Excel, MS Word, Gmail, CRM tools

Education: 12th Pass (From CBSE) / Graduate preferred

Personality: Target-oriented, polite, confident, and positive at convincing on call

Good to Have

Background in Agri, Feed, Fertilizer, FMCG, or B2B sales calling

Knowledge of Bhopal/MP market

What We Offer

Salary: ₹1,80,000 – ₹3,00,000 CTC per annum

Growth: Opportunity to move to BDE / Inside Sales role
