About the Role

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Tele Caller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and generating qualified leads. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and candidates.

Handle inbound inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Explain company services and answer customer queries.

Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.

Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.

Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams.

Build positive relationships with customers and maintain regular follow-ups.

Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Update CRM and maintain accurate data.

Requirements





Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven setting.

Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales is preferred but freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
