About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Real Estate Telecaller to join our growing team. The role involves speaking with prospective buyers, sellers, and investors, understanding their requirements, generating leads, and scheduling property meetings/site visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
- Understand clients property requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-ups.
- Explain suitable property options and share relevant details.
- Schedule meetings and property site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update client information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.




- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with clients.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate and property sales is an advantage.
- Freshers with solid communication and sales skills may also apply.
