- Minimum Bachelor of Engineering Degree

- Minimum 8-14 years of CORE IT Project management experience in three or more domain such as IT Server deployment and refresh, VM or Cloud Server build and provisioning process, IT Service Management, Cyber Security preferably in the Financial Services industry or global corporate service provider

- Experienced in managing IT infrastructure server refresh, Cloud migration, projects from conception to closure

- Experience in transitioning IT Project from Delivery stage to support or BAU and it related process.

- Should have excellent knowledge and experience in Transitioning Project delivery to Operation or support or BAU team

- Should possess excellent knowledge in Server build, disaster recovery, service monitoring, OAT, OLA, configuration management and change management process

- Must have Project Management Certificate i.e. PMP

- Good to have Agile and Cybersecurity certification

- Robust reporting and presentation skills using MS PowerPoint is a must

- Should have working knowledge and experience on Jira, confluence and Service now

- Strong experience in managing Risk and issues to its closure and also team management

- Should have excellent knowledge of scope, project planning, estimation, status reporting, scheduling, collaboration between teams,



risk and issue management, communication and stakeholder management

- Experience of IT project management in a large-scale Cybersecurity Financial Services environment is an advantage

- Ability to build connections and work collaboratively across the Group.

- Knowledge of Cybersecurity/ IT and some knowledge of Cyber risk and controls quantification.

- Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles.

- Understanding of industry standard controls frameworks (e.g. NIST FSS) and, some knowledge is beneficial but not necessary of HSBC controls estate including the Helios system.

- Positive and professional attitude, team player, flexible and adaptable, open to change(s)

- Confident and takes responsibility and ownership for work and personal development.

- Previous experience of delivering an excellent customer service.

- Self- motivated enthusiastic and proven rapid learning capability.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills as he/she has to work in global environments.
