Job Title: Techno-Commercial Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical)

Responsibilities:

· Review and evaluate tender specifications and client requirements.

· Resolve technical queries during the RFQ stage.

· Perform technical and commercial bid evaluations.

· Coordinate with the Tender & Procurement teams.

· Prepare technical proposals and procurement documentation.

· Coordinate with vendors for quotations, technical clarifications, and follow-ups.

· Support post-order activities, inspections, and material planning.

· Ensure timely procurement while meeting project specifications and quality requirements.

· Expedite delayed orders through regular coordination with suppliers.

· Prepare inspection and quality reports for client submissions.

· Coordinate with the Purchase and Export teams for dispatch planning.





· Ensure export packaging complies with project and SOP requirements.

· Prepare post-dispatch documentation for client submission.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Diploma/Bachelor’s/Master degree in engineering in Mechanical/Electrical.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in tender (heavy machineries).

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Office Timing:

- 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM (Second and Fourth Saturday Off)
