What You Will Enjoy Doing

- Overall line responsibility from production to packaging

- Report any deviation in the m/c operation or product to supervisor immediately

- Assists Machine/Shift Supervisor/Mould change team with mold/color changes as needed

- Maintain good housekeeping and 5'S' in and around the machine and within department

- Follow all Safety norms

- Control and monitor the contract labour in shifts

- Monitor Material control (weight distribution, regrind levels, watch tail lengths, etc.

- Performs regular quality control throughout the shift and visual quality checks

- Ensure rejected Caps are stored in rejection bin only

What Makes You Outstanding

Qualifications / Experience

- Minimum qualification - Diploma in Mechanical / CIPET-DPT

- Experience - (1-2 Years), Fresher can also apply.

- Industry Preference - Plastic Packaging.
