Role Description The STEM Trainer will deliver robotics and STEM lessons to K–12 students in an engaging, age-appropriate manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting interactive classes, demonstrating robotics concepts, guiding students through projects, and providing individualized support during hands-on activities.

The trainer will collaborate with school staff to align lessons with curriculum goals, manage classroom resources and equipment, and maintain a safe, inclusive learning workplace. This is a full-time, on-site role based in India, requiring regular presence at partner schools or training centers.

Qualifications

- Strong STEM foundation,



with knowledge in robotics, basic electronics, and programming concepts suitable for K–12 students.
- Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring children, with the ability to explain technical topics in simple, engaging ways.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, educators, and parents.
- Ability to design and deliver project-based lessons, integrate real-world challenges, and adapt teaching methods for different learning styles.
- Comfort with using educational technology, robotics kits, and learning platforms; willingness to learn new tools and curricula.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Engineering, Science, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications in STEM or robotics are an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in dynamic classroom environments.
- Genuine interest in fostering creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking in young learners; commitment to inclusive and non-discriminatory teaching practices.
