Role & responsibilities

- Hands-on experience in domain process

- Urge to learn and develop subject matter expertise on various technical topics

- Ability to deliver trainings to primarily ASDC Trainees and also contingent

workforce, regular workmen and staff & vendor employees on domain processes/product

- Create & design Training module/E-Learning Content in various forms like PPT,

Video, Animations, Quizzes, ILT Courses through ADDIE Instruction Design approach.

- Coordinating with Plant Shops for TNI /Skill Matrix /Assessing Training

effectiveness.

- Provide Training to student entrant ASDC / Dual Scheme for NSQF Certification

Auto parts/Fitter /Service technician/Welder/Machinist

- Coordinate with external Agency for expert lecture/Students Registration /Exam

& Certification.





- Monitor Domain Lab facilities upkeep - all the tools & Equipment for Hands on

training.

- Enhance DOJO Training Lab for hands on Training (Cut model, Simulation

apparatus etc.)

- Maintain training documentation like MIS, Training Calendar etc.

- Conduct the Induction Training to current joinees
