Role Description This is a full time, on-site Technical Trainer–Computer Science role based in Bengaluru.

The Technical

Trainer will design and deliver computer science and technology-focused training programs for K–12 educators and school staff, ensuring effective use of Next Education’s products and platforms. Daily responsibilities include conducting classroom and lab-based sessions, preparing training materials and hands-on exercises, and adapting content to different skill levels and curricula.



The role involves collaborating with product, content, and academic teams to update training modules, gathering feedback from participants, and continuously improving training delivery.

The trainer will also support onboarding of new client schools, provide post-training support, and document best practices for scalable implementation.

Qualifications Strong foundation in Technical Training and experience working as Technical Trainers in computer science or related domains.

Demonstrated expertise in Training & Development, including needs assessment, curriculum design, and instructional delivery.

Practical experience in Training and Technical Training within education or edtech environments.

Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, learner-friendly language.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in training or instructional design are an advantage.

Familiarity with K–12 curricula and educational technology platforms;

experience training teachers or academic staff is highly desirable.

Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.

Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, travel to client schools as required, and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
