What we're looking for:





✅ Strong subject knowledge and practical understanding of the relevant domain

✅ Ability to deliver engaging, structured and industry-oriented training

✅ Strong communication and presentation skills

✅ Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage students effectively

✅ Experience in curriculum/session planning, assessments and learner engagement

✅ Exposure to industry-oriented platforms, tools and practical applications is an advantage

✅ Prior experience as a Technical Trainer, Faculty Member, Corporate Trainer or Industry Professional is preferred

✅ Relevant academic qualifications in the respective domain For programming/DSA profiles, candidates with strong competitive programming profiles on platforms such as LeetCode, CodeChef, HackerRank or HackerEarth will be preferred.
