Role Summary

Fabric is looking for a customer-facing software engineer who can troubleshoot technical issues, debug across the full stack, build small internal tools, and own customer problems from start to finish. The ideal candidate combines strong Python development skills with excellent communication and enjoys working directly with customers in a fast-paced startup environment.

Role & Responsibilities

- Work closely with customers to understand and resolve technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across frontend and backend systems.
- Fix minor bugs and provide quick solutions to customer problems.




- Build small tools and utilities to improve customer experience.
- Provide technical support to customers and candidates using the product.
- Work with the engineering team to identify, escalate, and resolve issues.
- Take ownership of customer issues until they are fully resolved.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in Software Development, Technical Support, or Customer Support Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Python and basic Full Stack development.
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS startup.
- Good understanding of APIs, SQL, Git, and frontend/backend debugging.
- Familiarity with FastAPI, Django, Flask, React, or JavaScript is preferred.
- Comfortable using AI tools like Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset.
- Willing to work from the Bangalore office and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
