- Level 1 Technical Support and Product Queries. Handle Calls, Emails & Chat
- Technical Support to resolve issues related to Hardware and Software, Computer fundamentals, Internet and Networking fundamentals at Office.
- Versatile to travel across India.
- Software Testing
- Proven working experience in enterprise technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer
- In-depth knowledge of the product that the technician is supporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Diagnose and resolve customer problems and educate users on problem resolutions in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
- Assist in the QA process of new iterations/updates of the software.
