Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Technical Support Associate with 1–3 years of experience in production support, NOC, or technical operations. The role involves monitoring production systems, troubleshooting incidents, documenting findings, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure high availability and service reliability.

Key Responsibilities

· Monitor production applications, infrastructure, and connected devices using observability tools.

· Analyze application and system logs to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents.

· Respond to alerts, perform first-level triage, and escalate issues with detailed documentation.

· Create and update Jira tickets with clear troubleshooting notes and handoff details.

· Perform Linux, SSH, VPN, and connectivity troubleshooting.

· Work with engineering teams to resolve production issues and support deployments.

· Track system health, uptime, and SLA compliance.

· Document known issues, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.





· Support rotating 24x7 operations and participate in on-call handovers.

Required Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

· 1–3 years in Technical Support, Production Support, NOC, or DevOps Support.

· Experience reading application and system logs.

· Knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus, or similar monitoring tools; willingness to learn Level.io.

· Basic Linux administration, SSH, VPN, and networking fundamentals.

· Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems.

· Excellent written communication and documentation skills.

· Willingness to work rotational 24x7 shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

· Exposure to AWS (Systems Manager, IoT Core, Secrets Manager).

· Understanding of computer vision or ML inference pipelines.

· Experience with Kafka, video/media pipelines, or S3 storage.

· Background in retail loss-prevention, security, or surveillance technology.
