Applicants with the following sets of essential qualifications and mandatory experience can apply for the position of Technical Superintendent :

B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology with relevant experience of one year after the degree.

Relevant Experience

1. Experience in SAP(ERP) MM and e-Tendering Platforms, handling end-to-end procurement lifecycle for infrastructure, renovation & maintenance projects including requisitions, sourcing, tendering, bid evaluation, purchase order issuance, contract management and vendor coordination in strict compliance with GFR guidelines.
2. Experience and solid knowledge in SAP Project Systems (PS) module for project/WBS creation, budget planning, budget monitoring, expenditure tracking, and project-related reporting for major infrastructure projects.
3. Experience in website maintenance, content management, and publication of tender notices, bid documents, corrigenda and project updates through web-based platforms like CPPP etc.
4.



Experience in managing multiple funding sources and preparing consolidated financial and management reports including payments processing, fund reconciliation and monitoring of funds within educational institutions having annual infrastructure and operational budgets exceeding 500 crore
5. Experience in working with cross-functional teams for smooth integration of technical, financial, and operational processes.

/ Responsibilities

1. Procurement to Pay Cycle, Purchases using Project Funds, Works Service entries for major infrastructure projects.
2. Tender Management (Technical issue resolution for internal staff and external vendors etc.)
3. Budget /Fund arrangement (software-based)
4. Project System (WBS creation along with other related data management, project reports etc.)
5. Coordinating ERP workflow modifications, user mappings, approval hierarchy updates, and system-related issue resolution.
6. The role contributes to digital transformation initiatives through process optimization and adoption of new systems and technologies within the institute.

Compensation range Pay Level 6 (35400-112400)

(Gross Pay includes Basic Pay + Dearness allowance + House Rent Allowance + Transport Allowance + Dearness allowance on Transport allowance)
