We're Hiring | MDM Solution Architect (Stibo STEP)

We are looking for an experienced MDM Solution Architect with strong expertise in Stibo STEP to design and deliver enterprise-scale Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end Stibo STEP MDM solutions across Product, Customer, and Supplier domains.
- Architect data models, hierarchies, classifications, attributes, and relationships.
- Design integration architecture with enterprise systems (SAP MDG, S/4HANA, etc.).
- Develop data governance frameworks, workflows, stewardship models, and data quality rules.
- Lead STEP configuration, business rules, workflows, and event processors.
- Drive data migration, cleansing, mapping, reconciliation, and deployment strategies.
- Mentor technical teams and establish MDM architecture best practices.

Required Skills
- 8+ years in MDM, Data Management, or Enterprise Architecture
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Stibo STEP
- Experience in solution architecture and technical leadership
- Strong expertise in Data Modeling, Data Governance, and Multi-Domain MDM
- Integration experience with REST APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, Batch Processing
- Knowledge of MuleSoft , SQL, ETL processes,



and Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Experience with JavaScript Business Rules, Workflows, and STEP Configuration
- Solid stakeholder management and Agile delivery experience

Nice to Have
- Stibo STEP Certifications
- Experience with PIM , Product Syndication (GDSN), and eCommerce ecosystems
- Microservices & Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- DevOps, CI/CD, and Automated Deployments
- Experience in Manufacturing or Automotive domains
