Job Summary

Position Title: Technical/Solution Architect - Java Technologies Experience: 8+ yrs (3+ yrs in architect role)

Location: Bidadi, Karnataka - 5 days WFO

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Technical Architect. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications primarily using Java and modern Java technologies, while also possessing strong exposure to .NET technologies to support and collaborate across hybrid technology landscapes.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, DevOps, QA, and project managers to define technical solutions, establish best practices, and drive successful delivery of enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Define technical architecture, APIs, integrations, and cloud-native deployment models.
- Lead architecture reviews, technology decisions, and application modernization initiatives.
- Mentor development teams and establish coding standards and best practices.
- Design and optimize REST APIs, event-driven systems, and distributed applications.
- Develop and optimize database solutions using SQL Server and MySQL.
- Provide technical guidance for applications built on .NET Core/.NET where required.
- Drive DevOps, CI/CD,



containerization, and cloud adoption initiatives.
- Collaborate with business and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable technology solutions.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in:
- Java 11/17/21
- Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Security
- Microservices Architecture
- RESTful APIs and Enterprise Integration

- Experience with:

- SQL Server, MySQL
- Hibernate/JPA
- Messaging technologies (Kafka/RabbitMQ) is a plus

- Exposure to:

- .NET Core / .NET 6/7/8, C#, ASP.NET Core
- Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)

- Robust understanding of:

- Enterprise Architecture
- Design Patterns, SOLID Principles
- Secure, scalable, and high-performance application design

Experience Qualifications

- 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on Java technologies.
- 3+ years in a Technical Architect or Solution Architect role.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Cloud and Java architecture certifications are an added advantage.
