– IT Product Sales Support Executive – International Client Operations

Role Purpose

Be part of Veloris Global’s BPO division supporting international IT product reselling operations. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with global enterprise clients, support bulk IT product sales, and gain first-hand exposure to the international B2B IT distribution industry. It is designed as an excellent entry point for graduates in IT and related fields to build a strong career in global business operations.

Key Responsibilities

1 Lead Generation & Client Outreach

- Identify potential business leads and customer opportunities.
- Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and business communications with international clients.
- Support lead qualification and pipeline management activities.

2 Sales Coordination
- Assist in handling IT product enquiries and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with clients regarding quotations, product availability, and sales updates.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to improve sales conversions.

3 Technical Product Understanding
- Learn about IT products, enterprise solutions, and reseller business models.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate suitable product information.

4 CRM & Reporting
- Update lead status, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
- Maintain accurate business and customer records.

5 Business Development Exposure
- Support international sales campaigns and business development activities.
- Learn client relationship management and enterprise sales processes.
- Assist in identifying upselling opportunities and new business prospects.

Qualification

- BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), B.Tech, BE, Networking, Information Technology, or related graduates are encouraged to apply.




- Freshers with a strong interest in IT sales are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in IT Sales, Technical Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales will be preferred.
- Interest in IT products, international business, and enterprise sales models.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, or basic IT systems is preferred.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand technical solutions and effectively communicate their business value to clients.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven, customer-focused workplace.
