SKILLS:

- 10+ years of experience in IT, combining application development and support capabilities.
- Strong domain experience in financial services, especially KYC, Transaction Monitoring, and regulated processes.
- Deep technical knowledge in managing complex MI and reporting applications.
- Proficient in SQL, ETL tools (e.g., Matillion, Boomi or any ETL), Snowflake, and BI platforms like PowerBI.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
- Experience in E2E BAU lifecycle management using ITIL and ITSM frameworks.




- Demonstrated ability to lead major incidents with urgency and composure in production environments.
- Skilled in automation, dashboard creation, and service delivery optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex system issues.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to interpret data and provide insights.
- Effective communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation—across technical and business audiences.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and ServiceNow for reporting and stakeholder engagement.
