Job Title: Technical Recruiter – SAP & IT

Location: Gurugram

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and strong hands-on experience in SAP hiring . The ideal candidate should also have exposure to hiring across various IT domains and be capable of managing multiple requirements independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle SAP hiring across skills such as SAP FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, HCM, SuccessFactors, Basis, etc.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, databases, and other channels .
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, negotiations, offer closures, and joining.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for SAP and non-SAP IT requirements .
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
- Ensure positions are closed within defined TAT and quality parameters .

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Strong SAP recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical skill requirements.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.

Qualification

- B.Tech/B.E. or MBA from a recognized university/institution .
- Technical/IT educational background will be preferred.

- Strong experience in SAP hiring with additional exposure to broader IT recruitment.
- Good understanding of technical roles and IT talent markets.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and delivery skills.
- Self-driven and comfortable managing multiple hiring mandates.
