About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter (IT) with experience recruiting for the US and Canadian markets. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and referrals.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and manage offers.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Meet hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.





Required Skills

- Experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Robust sourcing and Boolean search skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Preferred Experience

- US and/or Canadian IT recruitment.
- Staffing agency or direct client hiring experience.
- Experience hiring Software, Cloud, Data, DevOps, QA, Network, and Infrastructure professionals.
