We’re looking for a proactive Technical Sales & Support Executive to drive growth across offline and online channels while delivering exceptional customer support. This role blends sales acumen with technical expertise , ensuring both revenue generation and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

- Identify and pursue recent business opportunities across offline & online platforms
- Build strong client, distributor, and partner relationships
- Prepare quotations, demos,



and provide technical guidance
- Deliver pre- and post-sales support, troubleshoot issues, and train clients
- Manage quotations, order processing, and follow-ups
- Expand online presence via e-commerce & digital campaigns
- Gather customer feedback and contribute to product improvements

What We’re Looking For

- Graduates/post graduated with Research/ scientific background preferrable
- 2–5 years in technical sales & customer support
- Strong grasp of offline & online sales channels
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Hands-on technical troubleshooting experience
- Proficiency in CRM tools & digital sales platforms
