Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated IT Recruiter with 2 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have solid sourcing, screening, and coordination skills, and a passion for identifying top tech talent. You will play a key role in driving the hiring process for various technical roles across multiple domains.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Strong knowledge of IT roles & technologies (e.g., Java, Python, React, AWS, DevOps, Data Science).
- Conduct initial screening, evaluate candidate fit, and schedule interviews with hiring teams
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding




- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and understand their team requirements
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely communication at every stage
- A proactive and target-driven mindset to meet hiring goals.
- Stay updated with the latest hiring trends and tools in IT recruitment
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills for candidate engagement.
- Ability to prioritize multiple roles and work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
