Technical Consultant – Recruitment

About the Role

Our client in Pune is looking for experienced Technical Consultants / Recruitment Consultants to join its Pune team.

The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple client requirements across industries. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, managing candidate engagement, coordinating with clients and hiring teams, and driving positions through to closure.

The ideal candidate should have a strong recruitment background with approximately:

- 60% Non-IT recruitment experience
- 40% IT recruitment experience For Non-IT recruitment, experience in sectors such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Medical Devices, Power, Infrastructure & Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or similar industries will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple client requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn/social platforms, referrals, databases and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Conduct preliminary candidate discussions/interviews and assess suitability.
- Maintain regular candidate engagement throughout the hiring process to minimize dropouts.
- Coordinate with hiring managers, clients and internal teams for smooth recruitment closures.
- Handle multiple recruitment mandates across different industries and locations.
- Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups and candidate status updates.
- Support offer negotiation and coordinate offer rollouts.
- Follow up with candidates through their joining date.
- Maintain recruitment trackers,



reports and daily status updates.
- Effectively use ATS/CRM systems, job portals and recruitment tools.
- Participate in client calls for requirement understanding and status reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Work towards achieving recruitment targets and closure timelines.

Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Approximately 60% Non-IT and 40% IT recruitment exposure preferred.
- Strong Non-IT recruitment experience in areas such as:
- Manufacturing
- Automotive
- Medical Devices
- Power
- Infrastructure & Construction
- Architecture
- Engineering
- Similar industrial sectors
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and closure.
- Good candidate engagement and follow-up skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience handling clients and recruitment requirements.
- Team coordination experience will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working on multiple mandates simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems, job portals and recruitment databases.

Compensation

Up to ₹30,000 gross per month + performance-based incentives/variable payout.

The exact compensation offered will depend on the candidate’s experience and suitability for the role.

Working Schedule & Benefits

- Full time, permanent employment.

- 2 Saturdays off per month, subject to the requirement that at least 50% attendance of the respective team is maintained.

Location Requirement The role is based out of Salunke Vihar, NIBM Road, Kondhwa, Pune.

Candidates should ideally

- Reside within approximately 10–12 km of the office; OR
- Have a practical and convenient direct commute/metro route to the office.

Candidates relocating from another city may also be considered, provided their proposed location allows them to commute reliably to the Pune office and does not create a future commuting concern.

Important Compensation Policy

As part of the company’s employment policy, a refundable amount equivalent to one month’s salary will be recovered from the employee in three equal instalments during the first three months of employment.

The amount is refundable upon successful completion of two years with the company, subject to the company’s applicable policy and terms.
