Roles & Responsibilities:

- ML Engineering Project Oversight: Understand and manage ML engineering initiatives within the technical workplace (Snowflake Cortex, MLflow, Azure OpenAI).
- Ticket Creation & Management: Create and manage tickets with complete context for ML Ops and production deployments, ensuring accurate descriptions and proper assignment to respective teams.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Conduct stakeholder meetings, prepare and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and drive timely follow-ups for issue resolution.
- Technology Understanding: Maintain positive knowledge of technologies relevant to ManpowerGroup, including ML platforms, ML engineering, and Generative AI.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely closure of tickets.
- Global Engagement: Partner with regional teams (North America, Europe, etc.) to identify, escalate, and resolve issues effectively.
- Communication & Tracking: Provide clear, consistent updates on project progress, including plans, status, risks, and dependencies.
- Project Planning & Monitoring: Ensure effective tracking, planning, and execution of initiatives in collaboration with the Tiger MLE team.
- Reporting: Deliver crisp updates on plans, current status, roadblocks, dependencies, and ETAs to stakeholders and leadership.
