NWe are looking for a motivated Enterprise Solutions Manager to lead the delivery and growth of enterprise technology solutions. The ideal candidate will combine Project Management, Product Management, Business Analysis, and Solution Delivery skills to successfully implement solutions that meet business objectives and deliver measurable value.

NYou will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to manage projects, define product roadmaps, gather requirements, and drive successful solution adoption across Microsoft and enterprise technology platforms.

NKey Responsibilities

nProject & Delivery Management

- Manage end-to-enddelivery of enterprise application and digital transformation projects.

- Define project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and delivery plans.
N
- Track progress, manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure successful project outcomes.
N

nProduct Management

N

n
- Define and manageproduct backlogs, roadmaps, and release plans.
N
- Gather and prioritize business requirements, user stories, and enhancement requests.
N
- Drive continuous improvement through stakeholder feedback and solution performance analysis.
N

nStakeholder & Client Management

N

n
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, business users, and delivery teams.
N
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution discussions.
N
- Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
N

nSolution Leadership

N

n
- Collaborate with architects and development teams to design scalable business solutions.
N
- Support delivery acrossMicrosoft technologies including Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure, and .NET solutions.
N
- Ensure solutions meet business, security,



and governance requirements.
N

nTeam Leadership & Quality Assurance

- Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, business analysts, and QA resources.
N
- Support testing, UAT, deployment, change management, and user adoption activities.
N
- Maintain project and solution documentation.
N

nRequired Skills & Experience

N

n
- 2–5 years of experience in enterprise solution delivery, technology consulting, business applications, or digital transformation initiatives.
N
- At least 2 years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Solution Delivery roles.
N
- Experience delivering solutions using Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, and .NET applications.
N
- Strong understanding ofproject delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and SDLC.
N
- Experience managing project plans, product backlogs, roadmaps, release planning, and business requirements.
N
- Ability to facilitate discovery workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
N
- Understanding of enterprise applications, system integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, and solution architecture principles.
N
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar delivery and collaboration tools.
N
- Exposure to AI, Automation, Data & Analytics, or Digital Transformation initiatives is an advantage.
N
- Experience in consulting or qualified services environments is preferred.
N
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
N
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, Product Owner, Azure, Dynamics 365, or Power Platform certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
