NJob Summary

nWe are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong PHP/LAMP background and Business Analysis experience to manage end-to-end web application and software development projects.

NThe ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the PHP/LAMP technology stack, software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and project management practices. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, clients, developers, QA teams, and other technical teams to ensure successful project delivery within defined scope, timelines, and quality standards.

NKey Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end PHP/LAMP software development projects from requirement gathering through deployment and delivery.

- Work closely with clients and business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business requirements.
N
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria.
N
- Coordinate with PHP developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps, and other technical teams.
N
- Plan and manage projectscope, timelines, milestones, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
N
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
N
- Monitor development progress and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
N
- Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies.
N




- Review requirements andensure that development teams have a clear understanding of project objectives and expected outcomes.
N
- Coordinate API integrations, third-party integrations, database-related activities, and deployment requirements.
N
- Track project performance and prepare regular project status reports and management updates.
N
- Coordinate with QA teams to ensure proper testing, defect resolution, and quality delivery.
N
- Manage UAT, deployment,production releases, and post-release activities.
N
- Ensure proper project documentation and adherence to organizational project governance and SDLC standards.
N
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
N
- Support estimation, resource planning, prioritization, and project scheduling.
N

nTechnical Skills Required

N

n
- Solid understanding of PHP-based web application development.
N
- Good knowledge of the LAMP stack – Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP.
N
- Understanding of PHP frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony, or similar.
N
- Good understanding of MySQL/database concepts, SQL queries, database design, and data flow.
N
- Understanding of REST APIs, web services, API integrations, and third-party integrations.
N
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS,JavaScript and web application architecture.
N
- Understanding of Git/version control,



deployment processes, and basic DevOps concepts.
N
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP would be an advantage.
N
- Familiarity with software development tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Git, MS Project, or similar.

nRequired Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Software Project Management, Business Analysis, or related roles.
N
- Experience managing PHP/LAMP-based web application projects is mandatory.
N
- Strong understanding ofSDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
N
- Prior experience working closely with PHP developers and technical teams.
N
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, project planning, and delivery management.
N
- Excellent client handling and stakeholder management skills.
N
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
N
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and technical dependencies effectively.

nPreferred Qualifications

- Experience with Laravel/CodeIgniter/Symfony projects.
N
- Previous experience managing e-commerce, CRM, healthcare, ERP, SaaS, or enterprise web applications.

- PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or equivalent certification would be an advantage.

- Hands-on development experience in PHP/LAMP will be an added advantage.
